Day 1

Arrival in Manali

Arrival at Manali in the evening. Check-in to hotel and rest. Optional visit to Mall Road, Hadimba Temple & Manu Rishi Temple. Dinner and overnight stay in Manali.

Day 2

Manali to Jispa / Sarchu

Early morning departure towards Ladakh. Route via Solang Valley, Atal Tunnel, Sissu & Keylong. Overnight stay at Jispa or Sarchu (decided before trip). Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Jispa / Sarchu to Leh

Drive approx. 315 km. Visit Deepak Tal & Suraj Tal. Cross Baralacha La Pass (16,040 ft). Drive through Gata Loops, Nakila Top & Lachung La Pass. Cross Tanglang La Pass (17,480 ft). Arrival in Leh, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4

Leh Darshan

Visit Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa & Indus-Zanskar Sangam. Visit Spituk Gompa. Explore Leh market. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 5

Leh to Nubra Valley

Drive via Khardung-La Pass (18,380 ft). Visit Diskit Monastery. Enjoy sand dunes & double hump camel ride at Hunder. Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 6

Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake

Drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok route. Enjoy scenic views and photography. Overnight stay at campsite near Pangong Lake.

Day 7

Pangong to Leh

Return to Leh via Chang La Pass. Visit Thiksey Monastery & Shey Palace. Visit SECMOL (3 Idiots School). Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 8

Leh to Manali

Early morning departure. Long scenic drive approx. 490 km. Return to Manali by evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Manali.

Day 9

Departure

After breakfast, drive back to Delhi. Trip ends with unforgettable memories of the complete Himalayan road expedition.
