Website information and trip enquiries

Route descriptions, photographs, sample itineraries, seasonal windows, dates and prices are provided to help you compare trips. Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, they are indicative and may change with road, weather, permit, safety and operating conditions. A preferred date or enquiry is not a confirmed departure, reservation or guarantee of availability.

A booking is only confirmed after our team has provided the current trip details, applicable price and terms in writing and you have accepted them through the agreed booking process. Any deposit, balance, cancellation, refund and change conditions will be disclosed with that trip offer before payment.

Travel conditions and personal preparation

Mountain travel can involve high altitude, remote roads, changing weather and physical demands. You are responsible for reviewing the current itinerary and requirements, sharing relevant needs with our team, carrying appropriate documents and following safety instructions. We will discuss trip-specific arrangements and limitations before confirming your place.
