We understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations. The cancellation fees help us cover non-refundable costs such as permits, advance bookings, and operational expenses.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@mountainbea.com. The cancellation date is considered to be the date we receive your written cancellation request.

Cancellations due to medical emergencies may be eligible for partial refunds with proper documentation.

If you fail to show up for your expedition without prior notice, the full expedition cost will be forfeited. We strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your scheduled expedition.
To cancel your expedition, please contact us immediately using one of the methods below. Written confirmation via email is required for all cancellations.
