Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Leh — Acclimatization
Fly into Leh. Complete rest for acclimatization. Evening Shanti Stupa and Leh Market. Expedition briefing and gear check.
Day 2: Leh to Nubra via Khardung La
Conquer Khardung La (18,380 ft). Descend into Nubra. Visit Diskit Monastery and Buddha statue. Evening at Hunder dunes.
Day 3: Nubra to Pangong via Shyok
Ride the adventurous Shyok River route to Pangong Tso. Spend the evening watching the lake's mesmerizing color changes.
Day 4: Pangong to Hanle via Chushul
Take the Chushul route along Pangong's southern shore. Enter vast Changthang plateau. Arrive at Hanle — remote village at 14,764 ft.
Day 5: Hanle to Umling La and Back
The ultimate day! Ride to Umling La Pass at 19,024 ft — highest motorable pass on the planet. 360° Tibetan plateau views. Return to Hanle.
Day 6: Hanle to Tso Moriri
Ride across Changthang plateau to Tso Moriri Lake (14,836 ft). Pristine Ramsar wetland with migratory birds and snow peaks.
Day 7: Tso Moriri to Leh
Ride back via Mahe Bridge, crossing Indus River. Arrive in Leh by evening. Farewell dinner.
Day 8: Departure from Leh
Breakfast at hotel. Airport transfer. Certificate ceremony. You've conquered the highest motorable road on Earth!
